The purpose of the Greater Quad Cities Long Range Transportation Plan is to identify system strengths and weaknesses, to identify opportunities and threats to the system, and to develop strategies to improve and/or enhance the system with its multi-modal parts (air, road, rail, water, bike and pedestrian travel).
